Well maintained rebuilt engine, K&N air filter, 3-inch custom exhaust including MVP 3-in downpipe. 16-inch 5-spoke Borbet wheels, Michelin 205/50/VR16 tires, Brillstein shocks & struts, IPD sway bars and, Jamex 20mm performance springs, Avital alarm system with remote and power locks, factory power windows, factory crank sunroof, front armrest, custom white gauge faces, Auto meter silver auxiliary gauges (clock, oil pressure, boost, voltage), un-cracked dash, custom tailored California Car Cover, tinted windows. Stereo: Pioneer DEH-P900R head unit, 4 Infinity component speakers, Infinity 12-inch subwoofer and 2 Kenwood amplifiers. This car is a rare find. It has had 2 previous owners, and has only resided in Arizona and New Mexico since it was new. It has NO RUST. It has been meticulously maintained, and I have all the records to prove it. Rare 1978 VOLVO 242 GT (3rd Owner) $2000 OBO VIN#VC24245L1129950 183,979K, 4 Speed Manual w/electric Overdrive. The car is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have had the Volvo for about two years. Here is a list of all mechanical work I have had done: New Items: Steering Rack, Radiator, Thermostat, Front Muffler, Tires w/Computer Spin Balance & Front End Alignment, Rear Brake Rotor, Timing Belt, Power Steering Belt, Alternator Belt, Heater Inlet Hose, Fuel Accumulator, Switch/Brake Light, Expansion Tank Cap. Fixed Power Steering Leak, Wiring Harness, Driver Seat Has Been Rebuilt and reupholstered (very comfortable). Mechanical Issues That Need Attention: Overdrive doesn't work (but still can go 70mph on freeway), There may be a fuel injection issue (after driving her for awhile she has been dying out), There is an issue with the electrical connection from the ignition to the motor. All of these issues have been looked at and can be easily repaired. She has mostly all of the original interior except for the drivers seat. I had it completely restored and reupholstered. 91 Volvo 740 Turbo station wagon, automatic, 200k miles, 2nd owner, $750 OBO . A few major things that were repaired recently: radiator,alternator, several vacuum lines and the instrument panel. The airflow meter was replaced at 150k. AC works very well Mechanical issues that need attention: the car needs time to warm up until it shifts into overdrive (probably worn solenoid). The car leaks oil. I would like to keep this car but the circumstances don't allow me to keep it. The car still looks great, except the torn driver leather seat. Volvo 240 parts for sale: I would be willing to sell the Volvo 240 flat hood with the GT grille for $250.00. This includes the headlights, grille headlamp doors, fog lights with mounting brackets.
